Scientific paper

The hypothesis about a large scale structure of the Universe and the point of view about the Quasars as early stages of galaxies are suggested. It is underlined the common evolutionary way of the Universe from more dense condition to less one. The opinion about the principle identity of the large scale Singularity before the Big Bang of the Universe and the local Singularities in form of Black Holes is expressed.
