An evaporating black hole model is considered for the Vaidya metric by using Teukolsky's perturbation method. The asymptotic solution in the far region, the solution at the final time of evaporation, and the solution near the event horizon are examined. It is also shown that the black hole temperature is (1-4M)/8πM up to M from the solution near the horizon without calculating the stress-energy tensor.
