We extend the capability of BATSRUS code to simulate anisotropic pressure. Several events are presented here, including quiet time as well as storms. The comparison with measurements, primarily Cluster and THEMIS data are shown. We also investigate the possibility of including a separate evolution equation for the (isotropic) electron pressure. The assumption of isotropy for electrons is reasonable for most space applications. We describe our progress with the implementation and testing.
