Interplanetary Matter: Protons

Scientific paper

According to data from the IMP-8 satellite, the time dependence of sources of protons with E = 0.97 - 1.85 MeV in interplanetary space during the quiet period from 1975 - 86 are analyzed. A study of the time dependence of these fluxes on different time scales has shown that there are background flux levels, different in intensity and periodicity, that apparently come from different sources.
