The $B_c$--meson production cross section was calculated in the perturbative
QCD. Various distributions of the charged leptons from the $B_c \to l \nu
J/\psi(\to l^+ l^-)$ decay were obtained. The $B_c$--meson mass measurement
from such decays is also discussed.
