Two-loop QCD corrections to weak decays of a heavy quark to a light and
massless leptons have been found to several orders in quark mass ratio.
Directly applicable to precision measurements in inclusive b → c
decays, the results also describe electron mass effects in muon decays,
leading to a -0.43 ppm correction to the decay rate.
