This report summarizes the recent b physics results from SLD. This includes measurements of Rb and Ab as tests of the Standard Model (SM) prediction of b quark coupling to the Z0, as well as measurements of B lifetimes and mixing. These measurements exploit the special capabilities of SLC/SLD which include a highly polarized electron beam, a CCD pixel vertex detector in conjunction with a small SLC interaction point, and particle identification from the Čerenkov Ring Imaging Detector. The many novel techniques developed for these measurements have led to some unique physics perspectives and competitive results. These developments provide an illustration of the youthful vitality of b physics at its 20th birthday.
