We present a unified treatment of the quantum mechanics of B-factory and
neutrino oscillation experiments. While our approach obtains the usual
phenomenological predictions for these experiments, it does so without having
to invoke perplexing Einstein-Podolsky-Rosen correlations or non-intuitive
kinematical assumptions.
