If a Bose condensate of relic hypothetical axions is sufficiently accumulated by the Sun during its evolution, it may be a noticeable source of solar energy, complementary to the thermonuclear one. For the rate of the condensate relaxation in the solar plasma medium an adequate kinetic Boltzmann equation has been derived. Fortunately, the effect depends on first rather than second power of the small coupling constant, that is typical for the quantum parametric resonance phenomena.
