We have studied axial oscillations with a slow rotation approximation, and derived the equations including higher order rotational corrections. The higher order corrections play a 'viscous' role like the viscosity in the Orr-Sommerfeld equation, which is perturbation equation of incompressible fluid dynamics. From the analogy in the form, we can define the effective Reynolds number.
