We present an update of the measurement of the the flux and angular distribution of atmospheric muon neutrinos using the MACRO detector at the Gran Sasso Laboratory. The different data sets are in agreement with νμ → ντ oscillations with maximum mixing and Δm2 ~ 10-3 ÷ 10-2eV2. The two flavor sterile neutrino oscillations are ruled out at 98%.
