Prototypes of ATLAS-SCT modules of barrel and end-cap geometry, several of them irradiated to 3 · 1014 p/cm2 in the CERN PS, have been tested in a 180 GeV/c pion beam at CERN. In addition to the usual characterization of tracking efficiency and spatial resolution, recent measurements have been oriented towards studies of modules under more ATLAS-like conditions. The timing of the modules was studied with a beam with LHC-like bunch structuring. The performance of multi-module systems was studied using a tracking array consisting of four irradiated modules. An overview of recent test beam results is presented here.
