The asymptotic structure of plasma wind is discussed. By solving the special relativistic magnetohydrodynamic (MHD) equations for transfield force balance, an analytic self consistent solution is obtained for the steady and axisymmetric magnetically driven wind in the limit of viscousless, pressureless and resistiveless plasmas. In this solution, all the field lines are asymptotically conical. The inclination angle of each field line from the equatorial plane is determined. The thin jet solution as in radio loud active galactic nuclei or the equatorial wind solution can be obtained.
