Questions of stability of resonance motions of a spacecraft with small asymmetry in an atmosphere are examined. Convenient equations of rotational motion are obtained for investigating stability of any resonance arising with the motion of a spacecraft in an atmosphere. Necessary and sufficient conditions of stability are formulated for resonance motions of a spacecraft. Results of numerical calculations of resonance motions of a spacecraft are given.
