We have been obtaining V-band photometric observations of the candidate supernova impostor PSN J10081059+5150570 (CBET #2851, ATEL #3690) using the commissioning data from the recently installed 14-cm ASAS-SN telescope in Haleakala, Hawaii. The transient has brightened by ~2.5 mag since the time of discovery (see also ATEL #3690) and by 0.4 mag between Oct. 22 and Oct. 29, 2011. The last V-band magnitude measured was V=14.5 mag on Oct.
