Based on the analysis of the linear momenta of the protoplanetary disk and the planet with Keplerian orbit the dependence of the major semiaxis from the mass of the planet (logA ~ logmp) is fined. It is shown that this relationship dependents on the presence of remains of protoplanetary disk substance. The location of the Solar system planets, planets discovered at the pulsars and planets discovered by using astrometry method on the diagram logA ~ logmp corresponds to the absence of remains of protoplanetary disk. The planets which were discovered at the FGK-stars by using the radial velocity method are located on the diagram logA ~ logmp at the same place where the remains of protoplanetary disks is expected.
