We report mineralogy of 10 Ca,Al-rich inclusions in EH3 and EL3
chondrites. The CAis are spinel-rich and often contain osbornite (TiN)
and/or heideite (FeTi2S4). Based on the presence of these Ti-bearing
phases, we infer that the CAIs are native to the EC-forming region.
