In the theory of Unruh's effect and in the theory of black holes a solution for the paradox of causality, formulated by T. D. Lee, is proposed. It is based on allowing for the transformation of the pure state of a system into a mixed one during measurement, what leads to the corresponding modification of Bogolyubov's transformations, so that "black holes remain black".
