Groundbased obervers may submit data to the NASA Planetary Data System using a new web-based interface, the PDS On-Line Archiving Facility (OLAF). The PDS is a peer-reviewed data archive in which data are sufficiently characterized so as to be useful beyond the lifetime of the submitter. PDS data are given citations for reference in publications, and are widely distributed electronically.
