Experimental PIN diodes produced for measurement of low energy gamma
radiation were exposed to neutron, proton and gamma radiation sources,
in an attempt to expand the area of their application. Irradiation of
the PIN diode resulted in changes of IV curve. The changes of voltage at
certain current were recorded and depicted in graphs.
