High-spatial resolution observations in the near-infrared (NIR) with Adaptive Optics (AO) represent a powerful tool to investigate massive star formation at the evolutionary stage of the Ultra-compact regions (UCs). We present new results on the identification of the ionising stars in G61.48+0.09 and a kinematical study at high spatial and spectral resolution of G5.89-0.39.
