Results of the processing of data obtained during the 3-year exposure of X-ray emulsion chambers during the Adron experiment are reported. It is shown that the characteristics of gamma families change in an abrupt manner when the primary energy reaches 10 to the 16th eV. The fraction of the energy transferred to the gamma quanta with energies of 2 TeV and greater decreases by a factor of 2, with an abrupt softening of the gamma quantum spectrum in the family.
