Since the launch of the Advanced Composition Explorer (ACE) in August 1997, the Solar Isotope Spectrometer (SIS) and Cosmic Ray Isotope Spectrometer (CRIS) have been providing measurements of cosmic ray energy spectra in the ~10 to ~300 MeV/nuc energy region with unprecedented accuracy. We present new measurements of the energy spectra of elements from He to Ni and examine their variations on time scales ranging from days to months. We observe well--defined anomalous cosmic ray (ACR) contributions to He, C, N, O, Ne, and Ar. The energy spectra of other elements such as Si, S, and Fe are also examined for possible evidence of contributions from sources other than galactic cosmic rays.
