It is shown that warm winters in Sankt-Petersburg occur 3 times oftener
during an even 11-year solar cycle than during an odd cycle. It is shown
that the years when the seasons had negative temperature anomalies in
Sankt-Petersburg fell on even 11-year solar cycle and manifested a
tendency to recur every 2.2 years or every 2.2 multiple years.
