The equations of ideal relativistic anisotropic magnetohydrodynamics are obtained from purely hydrodynamic considerations using the "magnetic analog of the Lorentz force", and the sausage instability in a plasma pinch with a longitudinal magnetic field and current is considered. The spectrum of the particles expelled from the constrictions is found. It is close to the spectrum of galactic cosmic rays (GCR). This suggests the hypothesis that the "gamma bursts" observed daily from artificial satellites are direct evidence of the presence in space of "broken-off" pinches which are responsible for the energy of the GCR.
