Scientific paper

The paper obtains a numerical solution to the equation of anisotropic diffusion of galactic cosmic rays, taking into account variations of the interplanetary magnetic field with increases of heliocentric distance in different years (1964 and 1969). Particle density distributions at a rigidity of 12 GV, determined for 1964 and 1969, yield an 11-year variation amplitude of 26%.
