The continuous frequency spectrum of the diurnal anisotropy of cosmic rays is studied for a wide range of frequencies. The frequency spectrum of the amplitude and phase of the diurnal anisotropy is calculated on the basis of 10-day recordings obtained at the Sulfur, Dallas, and Churchill observatories during the period from 1964 through 1969. It is shown that the exponent of the energy spectrum varies only slightly with the solar activity cycle.
