Phobos: Motion, Celestial Mechanics: Orbits
Scientific paper
The perturbational analysis of the motion of one of the moons of Mars - Phobos - is performed. The new theory is derived from the problem of the two fixed gravitational centers. The elements of the physical interactions which are the most essential for the motion of Phobos within the preassumed accuracy (one metre of the mean motion of Phobos) are specified.
