We explore relativistic relativistic extraordinary mode oscillation related to a linear resonator model of the AKR source region. The resonator is assumed to be a hot plasma cavity of electrons perpendicular to the background magnetic field B->o, and is surrounded by a collisional, magnetized, cold plasma. The emission represents eigenmodes of resonator.
