Papers are presented on interactive computing and graphics in the interpretation of geomagnetic data, a self-documenting source-independent data format for computer processing of tensor time series, a modified moving window method for analyzing non-stationary signals in the frequency-time domain, and geodetic applications of stochastic processes. Also considered are the applications of the maximum entropy method (e.g., to the analysis of geomagnetic pulsations), spectral and windowing techniques in power spectral analysis of geomagnetic data and analysis of the time variations of the geomagnetic field with a period longer than two months. Individual items are announced in this issue.
