An analysis is presented of the shape of the time spectrum of interplanetary scintillations, taking into account the spatial distribution of solar wind velocity. It is shown that, for the recovery of the turbulence spectrum from observations at one point, it is necessary to exclude the low-frequency region (less than 1 Hz) from the analysis. The recovery of the spatial spectrum from observations at three points gives more reliable results. The slope of the inhomogeneity spectrum determined this way is steeper than that determined from observations at one point.
