A method is proposed for the phase shift correction of interferometer observations during the processing of measurements of the visible angular dimensions of quasars. Also, an occultation-independent method is proposed for determining the main calibration constant (i.e., the amplitude of the fringe pattern unmodified by scattering). These methods have made it possible to increase the reliability of measurements and to extend the results to more distant regions of the interplanetary medium.
