It is shown that the analysis of Lunar Laser Ranging (LLR) data provides an excellent tool for the determination of parameters concerning the Earth-Moon system and the test of Einstein's theory of gravity in the first Post Newtonian (PN) approximation. All equations of the LLR model are to be formulated at the first PN level, and their influences on the analysis of the LLR data are to be estimated. Based on these results, the existing programs are to be changed and new determinations of the parameters are to be performed. The equations for the analysis of Very Long Baseline Interferometry (VLBI) are derived to the LLR equations, to be used for a later combination of both observation data.
