The shape of angular and temporal integral distributions and averaged characteristics of the IMB and Kamioka events have been discussed. The analysis has shown that the IMB and Kamioka angular distributions of the events in the forward hemisphere (7+7 events) are consistent with each other and with the hypothesis of νe-scattering provided that some justified transformation of IMB angles was performed. The temporal distribution of events can be described by an exponential law exp[-t/τ] with τ ≅ 2.1 s in the range from 0 to ≡2.7 s.
