By using the data from different instruments of SOHO we can determine the properties of four back side coronal mass ejections from inner regions (MDI, EIT and C1 images) up to around 30 solar radii (C3 images). From MDI back side images the source of coronal mass ejections can be inferred. From UVCS and LASCO-C1 spectral data, plasma speeds and temperatures can be determined. The properties of higher altitudes of the solar corona will be deduced from LASCO-C2 and -C3 white light images.
