Observations made in 1973 of the hydrogen spectra of HD 200 120 indicate that an outburst caused the star to be surrounded by an H envelope. All of the lines in the Balmer series were strongly present. A formerly posited outburst period of 25 years is substantiated by this result, as the last outburst was in 1948. A table of stars with similar characteristics is given, showing the Lesh and Rojas-Herman classifications for each of them.
