A chemical analysis is carried out on rotationally broadened spectra of the HgMn star Kappa Cnc. Rotational velocities between 10-50 km/sec, with a step of 5 km/sec, as well as 80 and 100 km/sec were convolved using a co-added spectrum of this star. These rotational velocities are typical of HgMn stars. Atomic and ionic spectra were chosen for study with the help of wavelength coincidence statistics. The results show a remarkable consistency up to a critical value of 80 km/sec. At higher velocities, identifications of many species such as Ti II become difficult due to the absence of unblended lines.
