In the framework of fully unitary Glauber approximation, we have received an improvement of the Moli`ere-Fano theory (M-F theory) on the basis of reconstruction of the generalized optical theorem in it and have estimated the accuracy of the standard Moli`ere's theory. We have derived the relative unitary corrections to the parameters of the Moli`ere's theory and found that they are of order $Z\alpha^2$.
