The paper presents evaluations of a model of isotropic diffusion for the description of temporal behavior of proton flux density in the 10-90 MeV range. The correctness of approximation of the solar proton energy spectrum is investigated using the exponential rigidity and power energy functions. Evaluations are made of application of a model of isotropic diffusion for the prediction of the energy spectra of solar cosmic rays.
