The chemical composition of the southern high-velocity star HD 76932 has been determined by means of a detailed analysis. The atmospheric model with a reciprocal effective temperature of 0.86 and log g = 3.5 was calculated by an interpolation in the grid of line-blanketed model atmospheres computed by Peytremann (1974). All the elements are found to be deficient by about the same factor of -1.1 dex with respect to the sun.
