An approximate solution is presented for the Einstein-Maxwell equations for cylindrically symmetric fields whose distribution consists of two clusters of oppositely charged particles traveling in circles in opposite directions so that the net angular momentum is zero and the entire system is electrically neutral. For a specific azimuthal current and a quasi-neutral dust source, the approximate solution corresponds to a distribution of weakly charged particles in a limited region around the axis of symmetry.
