Observations of microwave subsecond pulses (SSP) with high temporal, spatial, and spectral resolution are analyzed. The 30 September 2001 flare with rich fine structure is discussed in detail. For several tens of the SSP drift velocities and positions of the sources are determined. It is shown, that the displacements of sources with a frequency drift on 80 MHz reach a few arcseconds. The irregular character of displacements specifies the presence of plasma density disturbances in the region of the fine structure generation.
