Test results are described for an acousto-optical spectrograph comprising an acousto-optical spectrum analyzer, an array of charge coupling devices, and an Elektronika 100 computer. The spectrograph bandwidth and resolution can be chosen suitably for studies of the H I and OH lines. The spectrograph can also be employed for molecular radio spectroscopy, but the band would have to be broadened by changing the acousto-optical modulator.
