We present the results of measurements of magnetic fields above a
sunspot at different altitudes of the solar atmosphere for a number of
observation days. The data are based on simultaneous optical and radio
observations in August, 1992. The existence of a maximum in the field
intensity at the chromospheric level is confirmed.
