The problem of accounting for the effect of the noncentricity of the
moon's gravitational field on the motion of geodynamic artificial
satellites is considered. An approach based on the introduction of
instantaneous centers of planet attraction is used. A numerical
algorithm is developed and used to predict LAGEOS and Etalon orbits.
