We present early results from an ambitious endeavor to mosaic the entire optical disk of M33 in CO J=1-0 with the Berkeley-Illinois-Maryland Association Array, with 13'' angular resolution. We expect to find molecular clouds down to the mass of Taurus-Auriga (0.5 x 105 Msun). We present the CO luminosity function, rotation profile, and cloud-cloud velocity dispersion for 88 molecular clouds isolated in our preliminary mosaic map of the central 4 kpc.
