A solution of magneto-hydrodynamic equations is obtained for
noncompressible plasma flow, in which a source of disturbance is
located. Magnetic and electric fields are calculated in a stationary
Alfven structure appearing in the plasma flow. It is shown that the
disturbance field may be up to twice the background field value.
