Young nearby associations provide a crucial sample of stars for studying the local star formation history, investigating the early phases of planet formation, and searching for exoplanets through direct imaging. While numerous new associations have been identified in the last decade, their members are mostly restricted to relatively massive F, G and K stars. Through a novel statistical analysis, we have identified 160 highly probable young low-mass members of betaPictoris, and AB Doradus moving groups and Tucana-Horologium association. While the kinematics of these stars indicate membership to these associations their young age must be confirmed through the measurement of several spectroscopic age indicators. That is what we propose to do with Hydra for 23 southern candidates available this semester. These spectroscopic youth indicators are molecular absorption bands ratio (e.g. CaH), lithium absorption, Halpha and He line profiles (accretion) and rotation. Our program will significantly improve (double) the census of BetaPic, Tuc/Hor and AB Dor members.
