The AGE (Argon Geochronology Experiment) instrument is designed to
produce K-Ar and cosmic-ray exposure ages in situ on the surface of Mars
with <20% age uncertainty. A combined UA/JPL/LANL project, it uses
LIBS and a miniature mass spectrometer.
