The purpose of this paper is to report on new adaptive optics (AO)
developments at the W. M. Keck Observatory since the 2002 SPIE meeting.
These developments include continued improvements to the natural guide
star (NGS) facilities, first light for our laser guide star (LGS) system
and the commencement of several new Keck AO initiatives.
